When women come together in circle something magical happens. I have seen somebody describe their experience at a women's circle as a gathering of friendly strangers.
Women's circles are as old as time. Coming together with like minded women in community, connection, safety and positivity. As space to share or simply to listen.
If you are looking for something different to do with a group of girlfriends of female colleagues I create bespoke women's circles for you.
Seasonal Women's Circles
Perimenopause Circle
A small, intimate 4-week series for women navigating perimenopause. Each week focuses on a different doTERRA essential oil — applied to the feet, neck, wrists or temples — chosen to support a different symptom of this season, alongside guided relaxation and crystal sound healing.
75 minutes per session
Maximum 5 women per circle
Pregnancy Circle
A supportive space for women to come together during pregnancy, drawing on years of experience in hypnobirthing and holistic women's support. These circles offer connection, relaxation and preparation for the journey into birth and motherhood.
A gentle energy healing treatment that helps release tension, calm the nervous system and restore balance. Perfect for anyone feeling stressed, overwhelmed or simply in need of space to switch off and reset.
Reiki combined with DoTERRA essential oils, layered along the back and feet in a specific sequence chosen for their unique properties. This fusion of touch, energy work and aromatherapy deepens relaxation and supports the body on a physical and emotional level.
Reiki energy healing paired with the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls. The sound washes over you as the energy work unfolds, helping to quiet the mind, release stored tension and leave you feeling deeply restored.
Vision Boarding & Essential Oils
A creative, grounding workshop combining the clarity of vision boarding with the supportive properties of DoTERRA essential oils. A beautiful way to get intentional about what's next, while feeling calm, inspired and supported in the process.

Sessions take place in my peaceful space in Denton, Northamptonshire — a calm, private environment where you can step away from daily demands and simply be held and supported.
This is your time. Your space. Your opportunity to pause, reset and restore.
Tucked away from the school run, the group chat notifications and the never-ending to-do list, The Sanctuary is exactly what it sounds like. It's a space where you're allowed to just ... stop.
No performing, no "I'm fine, thanks", no multitasking.
Just you, (mostly chilling horizontal), breathing properly for the first time in weeks.
It's cosy, it's calm, and it smells like someone actually cares (hello, doTERRA). Whether you're here for Reiki, a sound bath, or a good old lie down while I do the hard work, The Sanctuary is your permission slip to switch off.
You don't need a reason to come. "I'm knackered" will do just fine.
