Mindset & Embodiment

Along side all of my coaching programmes and as stand alone session I offer Breathwork and Sound Meditations.

I have been studying and teaching all about the Mindset for over 10 years now. I know if you want to make any changes in your life, no matter how small, your mindset is the key to that change. AND I also know that shifting in your mind isn't the whole picture.

We store and carry everything in our bodies so for complete and long lasting change you need to work with your mind and your body (in relation to your mind)

Breathwork is THE most powerful tool that we have. It doesn't cost us anything to breathe but we aren't using the breath to it's optimal capacity. 

Used in it's very optimal way we can release from the body all those stored up emotions. We can learn how to regulate our nervous systems so that we can bring ourselves into a state of calm at any point we need to.

Sound Meditation.

Usuing crystal sound bowls are such a magical way to relax. I use these in meditation sessions. 

If you find it difficult to meditate and to switch off then I encourage you to join me for sound meditation.

Whilst the vibrations float around you it is almost impossible fro your mind to be thinking about anything else. 

Each bowl has a different effect on your body and a carefully chosen selection of bowls can bring about peace and relaxation.

I run in person sessions in Northamptonshire for individuals and small groups.
